In addition Cambs School International (a school dedicated to organising English language courses abroad) took 1,498 Sq Ft (139.16 Sq M) on a 10 year lease.
Continuing with this successful period of multiple lettings, Carter Jonas has recently placed one of the last two suites under offer to an established IT company which should be concluding shortly leaving just X sq ft available.
The range of new occupiers, condensed into a small pocket of office suites, shows the diversity of companies looking in Cambridge.
