  • Outcome – the project concluded with a move to new Grade A office space of 13,000 sq ft at British Land’s iconic Broadgate Tower, EC2

Carter Jonas’ role   

  • Property search, lease negotiation and relocation budgeting, planning and management services

  • Regular liaison with the Directors to advise on floor space audit, budgets, timescales, property options, space planning / interior design choices and strategy to obtain “best value” in relation to capital expenditure and annual running costs

  • Undertaking pre-contract floor area check measurement survey and co-ordinating the building and mechanical and electrical services surveys
