Carter Jonas’ role

  • Undertaking accommodation strategy review cost / benefit analysis
  • Developing the relocation budgets and timetable / project plan
  • Exit strategy / dilapidations planning, budgeting and implementation
  • Property search, lease negotiation and relocation project management
  • Regular liaison with the Directors to advise on floor space audit, budgets, timescales, property options, test fit analysis / interior design choices and lease negotiating strategy and recommendations on obtaining  “best value” in relation to capital expenditure and annual running costs
  • Undertaking pre-contract check floor area measurement survey and co-ordinating the building and mechanical and electrical services surveys
