Securing planning permissions through negotiation

Carter Jonas seeks to secure planning permisions through negotiation and by providing and co-ordinating the delivery of all necessary supporting material to the planning and other statutory authorities. 

We guide clients through all stages of the process from initial on-site inspections, pre-application advice and discussions, preparation and submission of planning applications, full negotiations with the Local Planning Authority and other statutory bodies and interested parties.  Where necessary, we liase with and lobby Council Members to ensure the smooth progression through the Planning Committee stages, and the negotiation of Section 106 and 278 Agreements.  Our objective is simple: to maximise the value of the planning permissions we obtain.
