Andover Commercial Park
Meanwhile the Andover office, led by David Smith, is advising Goodman in relation to Andover Commercial Park. The Park will be the most important Commercial development in Andover and will create a new logistical hub providing for a mixture of B1, B2 and B8 uses for industrial, office and logistics space.
There is a planning consent for 142,651 sq m (1,535,529 sq ft) including permission for a warehouse with offices amounting to 80,183 sq m (863,079 sq ft). The Andover Commercial Park will be a hugely beneficial investment to the Andover economy, providing new jobs and being the trigger to help satisfy the long term employment needs of the town. Furthermore there will be funding for key road and public transport improvements, which will benefit the whole of Andover.
