Residential Sales Volumes Highest Since 2007
The latest residential market report from Carter Jonas' Research Team shows that across the Carter Jonas network of offices:
- Completed UK sales during Q3 2009 were the highest since they have been since Q3 2007
- Central London and Central England sales during October double that of October 2008
- East of England sales during October up 164% on September and 70% on October last year
The UK residential property market continues to show encouraging signs of improvement and is vastly improved on a year ago.

In addition, her time is currently directed towards the more specialist areas of the firm including the technology and energy sectors. Catherine has two young daughters and is a farmer’s daughter from the Welsh borders. Her long-term ambition is to own a small farm and continue to breed her grandfather’s flock of pedigree Suffolk sheep.
