Planned Maintenance
Protect your property assets with Carter Jonas. We can develop maintenance plans, provide specialist advice and implement any works required so that you can expect maximum returns with minimum fuss.
We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises, so we undertake detailed surveys of your buildings and produce reports on their condition, highlighting any pressing or potential repairs and providing a budgeted schedule of works. Then our bespoke computerised system allows you to prioritise works, track completed projects and compare costs against budgets.
