Phillip is a Partner based in Marlborough and heads up the firm's specialist Country House Solutions Team.  His areas of expertise are rural estate management, the valuation and surveying of country houses in southern England and expert witness work.  He is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and is actively involved in the firm’s rural graduate recruitment and training program.  His three children have  followed in their father’s footsteps and are all surveyors.  His hobbies include bridge, playing cricket, golf and classical music.

Colin is a Partner and a chartered architect, based in Oxford.  He provides a wide range of professional services, including design, project management and expert witness, with a particular emphasis on historic and period buildings.  He acts for private, commercial and institutional clients, including the education sector.  Colin has been privileged to work on several Grade I listed buildings of national importance, however he enjoys the variety of a wide range of project types, large and smaller.  He enjoys keeping fit and helps to run two local fitness training groups; unfortunately he also enjoys real ale!  Both interests are combined in the annual 'Lads & Dads' challenge, which involves a group of fathers and sons tackling a tough long distance walk, with frequent refreshment stops.

Robin is an Associate Partner, heading the residential survey and valuation team in Newbury, Berkshire.  He deals with a diverse range of general practice work including building surveys, home buyer surveys and formal valuations throughout Berkshire, south Oxfordshire and north Hampshire.  In particular he focuses on secured lending valuations on development land and also provides valuations for inheritance tax, capital gains tax, matrimonial and other legal purposes. He acts as an independent expert for courts on valuation issues.  Robin is keen on sailing and windsurfing, tennis and hill walking.

Richard is a partner and heads the firm’s Valuation Team. He acts for private clients, companies, solicitors, charities, housing associations and banks in property matters mainly relating to residential and development property from flats to large country estates and development land in central southern England.  He prepares valuation and survey reports and has particular experience in acting as an expert witness in litigation matters and has given evidence in court and at the lands tribunal on several occasions. His experience also includes advising on restrictive covenants and leasehold extension and enfranchisement.  Richard is a keen cyclist and enjoys the countryside.
