Land Registry
The Land Registry is responsible for maintaining the register of title to land in England and Wales. They hold details of freehold and leasehold titles (if the lease is over seven years), manorial and mineral rights. We regularly produce plans for land registration which comply with the Land Registry’s strict criteria. We also use Land Registry to search for ownership information for land referencing purposes.
