Carter Jonas has an established Public Sector Group providing a diverse range of core and specialist property services to clients within central and local government, health, education, the emergency services and transport and energy sectors.

We operate from offices in central London and key regional centres around the UK providing a bespoke service matching our skills and expertise to the specific requirements of each client. Our Public Sector Group is focused on a Partner led service delivery model with our experienced staff providing a friendly and professional service with strong communication being an integral part of our day-to-day operations.

Carter Jonas has been awarded a place on the Government Procurement Service’s (GPS) Framework Agreement RM928 for Estates Professional Services for the supply of property consultancy services. The four-year framework agreement is for use by all UK public sector bodies including (but not limited to) central government departments and their agencies, non departmental public bodies, NHS Bodies and local authorities. HS2

Carter Jonas has been invited to tender for a framework agreement to cover valuation, estates services and property management services. We would welcome contact from local firms who believe that they can add to our offer of services along the route, particularly in relation to residential property.
