James is head of the Residential Agency Team in Huddersfield, responsible for estate agency work throughout the region which offers a wealth of period properties including fine country houses, estates, and rural cottages. James has been involved in successful property renovation projects since buying his first home in 1995. This experience enables him to provide sound advice on how to maximise the saleability of properties he markets for sale. Beyond property, he spends as much time as possible with his wife and three young sons enjoying rural walks and gastro-pubs.
