Simon is head of Leeds Residential Agency responsible for estate agency in the region covering all aspects of residential sales ranging from country properties, substantial individual dwellings in urban fringe locations and new developments. Simon's hobbies and interests are primarily those of a sporting nature, although his passion is unquestionably Formula One motor racing. Having competed in single seater Formula Ford racing at Silverstone and Brands Hatch, he was then fortunate enough to accompany one of the F1 teams to all the European Grand Prix during one season, highlighted by meeting many of the top drivers including Nigel Mansell and Ayrton Senna. Nowadays, the time to follow his hobby is somewhat limited, with the need to keep a watchful eye on his twin daughters!
