Ed joined the firm in 2005 after working for a London based independent estate agency, giving him eight years experience overall.  Ed has further property experience having developed and refurbished a number of properties and has moved no less than 11 times in 14 years!  He is a keen sportsman and keeps fit playing tennis, golf and squash.  Ed currently plays for the Wantage first team at squash in the Oxfordshire Division League 3.

Fiona runs the busy residential lettings and management department in Newbury, letting and managing a wide range of properties from one bedroom town centre apartments to large farmhouses in idyll locations.  She ensures that she and her staff keep up to date with the ever changing legislation in the lettings market and has good legal knowledge having achieved one of the highest marks in the country in the ARLA2 examination.  Fiona has been working in the lettings market for a number of years, in London, Maidenhead and now back in her home town of Newbury.  Fiona enjoys keeping fit in her spare time and has a passion for swimming and cycling, the only missing link for triathlons is running!

When the opportunity arises he is a keen auctioneer and is always prepared to conduct charity auctions. John was recently appointed as Honorary Secretary of the John Edgar Trust, a charity which runs a management development scheme for those in the farming and rural sector.

Robin is an Associate Partner, heading the residential survey and valuation team in Newbury, Berkshire.  He deals with a diverse range of general practice work including building surveys, home buyer surveys and formal valuations throughout Berkshire, south Oxfordshire and north Hampshire.  In particular he focuses on secured lending valuations on development land and also provides valuations for inheritance tax, capital gains tax, matrimonial and other legal purposes. He acts as an independent expert for courts on valuation issues.  Robin is keen on sailing and windsurfing, tennis and hill walking.
