Edmund is a Partner, based in Bangor and is one of the Western Representatives of the Carter Jonas Energy Team. He advises a number of private, corporate and institutional clients upon a range of energy scheme projects and technologies, including wind energy developments both on a commercial scale and micro generation schemes; anaerobic digestion, hydro and biomass projects.

The Western Region specialises in hydroelectric projects (HEP) and has specific expertise and training in LowFlows software which facilitates the means of providing bespoke un-gauged flow data within feasibility studies on any particular site in the United Kingdom. In this regard the team also has good experience in dealing with the Environment Agency (EA) on licensing, and the Local Planning Authority where planning consent is required.

Edmund has experience in advising in an expert capacity on valuations of renewable schemes and has presented on Anaerobic Digestion Opportunities in Wales in Cardiff alongside Jane Davidson, the Minister for Environmental Sustainability and Housing.

William is a Chartered Surveyor based in the North Wales Office of Carter Jonas. He specialises in rural estate management for private clients.

In addition he undertakes a wide range of professional work across North Wales including consultancy, valuations, advising on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant matters, rent reviews, managing farm building conversions, telecommunications matters, utility easements, wayleaves, development land, diversification schemes, boundary disputes, expert witness work and all aspects of residential and farm lettings and agency.

Sarah is employed as a Rural Surveyor and is the principal managing agent on a number of large rural estates in North Wales. Her day to day work involves the management of rural residential and commercial property.  She has also acted for rural and corporate clients in a professional capacity by providing assistance with valuation advice as well as acting for such clients affected by road, water and sewerage schemes.  Sarah also heads up the residential and farm agency and acquisition work from the Bangor Office.
