He is President of Newbury Rugby Club and Chairman of the Icknield Trust, a school for children with special needs.

Zaza set up the Lettings Team in 2005 in Winchester, having worked in estate agency since leaving university in both London and the country and specifically in lettings and management since 1991. She is ARLA and College of Estate Management qualified. She lives in Winchester and has two children at local schools.

Christopher is a Partner and has been based in Winchester since 1973 advising clients in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight on the management of their rural estates and farms. This work, often on the urban fringe, includes residential and commercial property in addition to the usual agricultural aspects of rural estates together with heritage, diversification and business development.  Christopher is secretary to the John Edgar Trust, a charity which provides management training to graduates in the rural sector and has an interest in public access and in addition to leading estate walks he represents landowners on the Hampshire Access Forum. Christopher cycles to work and to Southampton to watch them play football in the Championship.

Paul specialises in formal valuations together with landlord and tenant negotiations in regard to commercial property as well as residential development opportunities. Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 30 years ago and has spent most of his working career based in Hampshire operating over central southern England. Away from the office Paul enjoys travelling and being out of doors where, time permitting, he likes to be gardening or bicycling.

Kevin has over 17 years experience in the sale, purchase and valuation of all types of rural property from country houses to large traditional estates. Over the last ten years he has been involved in many of the most important sales of Farms and Estates in the south of England. Kevin provides valuations for all purposes including secured lending, matrimonial and has considerable experience of acting as an Expert Witness appointed by the court. Kevin deals with Farms and Estate sales and valuations in Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset, South Somerset and Wiltshire.

Chris, who specialises in all property from city apartments and country estates to home and income properties such as B&B’s, hotels and holiday lets, has been in the property business for 14 years and is a qualified chartered surveyor. He started his estate agency career in London working in Fulham and Kensington and has for the past eight years been working for another national firm across Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire. Chris is a keen skier but with three young children he finds most of his spare time is filled with other pursuits these days!

Mark qualified as a chartered surveyor after two years as an assistant estate manager for the Stanley Estate and Stud Company in the North West of England.  He joined the Winchester office in 1983 where he works in rural property management and valuation; town and country planning; and minerals and waste. He is a consultant to clients in both the public and private sectors.  In the 1990s Mark lead a multi-disciplinary team working on rural land reform for the federal government of Czechoslovakia. He was also the author of the groundbreaking Hampshire and Oxfordshire Farming Studies jointly commissioned by local authorities and private sector partners.  Mark has served for the RICS on both the Rural Divisional Council and the International Committee, and also as the Institution’s European Rural Policy Adviser. He currently sits on the Countryside Policies Panel and is an RICS spokesman on energy. Outside work, Mark has two motorcycles and enjoys skiing.
