Residential Sales Negotiator - Kendal

Full Time Position
Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week

Carter Jonas, one of the leading firms of national property consultants, is seeking an experienced enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Negotiator to work as part of their residential team.

Working within a team environment, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective purchasers, vendors and viewing staff, arranging appointments, market appraisals and negotiating offers on a daily basis.

The successful applicant will have a professional manner, excellent communication skills and strong organisational ability. You will be comfortable with multi-tasking, working under pressure to meet deadlines and have the ability to take initiative in a confident and personable manner. Excellent I.T skills, particularly using Microsoft Office are also essential for this role.

The work is interesting, varied and, at times, unusual.  We operate throughout an area of outstanding beauty with many challenges, in the North West of England, including the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. We act for private, institutional and charitable landowners, both large and small, and undertake an increasing amount of professional and farm agency work.

The successful candidate will be self motivated, commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable in a rural environment. Valuation skills and an enthusiasm to generate new business will be essential.
