Northamptonshire’s newest Retail Development

The completion of Daventry’s newest and much anticipated Abbey Retail Park will be marked by the opening of a national retail outlet for Homebase next month. The final stages of the development brings years of planning and negotiations to a fruitful conclusion for all parties involved in the scheme, including Daventry Working Men’s Club, Daventry District Council and developers Ashford Developments Ltd. Andrew Cowling of Carter Jonas in Northampton, worked on the project from its conception.
