The show goes on for renewables
Renewable energy and property experts from the Carter Jonas Energy Team will be attending the first Energy Now Expo 2010 – a two-day exhibition and conference on 17 & 18 February to showcase the latest renewable energy technologies and services available to farmers and landowners.
The event - which takes place at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, Worcestershire – is supported by leading rural organisations including the NFU & CLA and renewable energy organisations Renewable Energy Association (REA) and British Hydro Association (BHA).
Carter Jonas, whose Energy Team has been operational in the sector for almost five years, will be one of over 70 exhibitors at the Energy Now Expo 2010, alongside the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), The Co-operative Bank, the Forestry Commission as well as utility companies, EDF Energy Renewables and Scottish & Southern Energy.
Visitors to the Carter Jonas stand (No. 48b) will be able to talk with experts from the firm who are involved with approximately 80 renewable energy projects across the team, as well as having extensive knowledge and experience in land, planning and property matters.
The stand will also feature a demonstration of the specialist GIS & WindPro software which assists in the process of site selection and screening for suitability - whether it be a single wind turbine or a commercial scale wind energy project.
With business in the renewable energy sector being highly active, Energy Now Expo 2010 is the first in this year’s calendar of keynote events and conferences in the sector being supported by Carter Jonas.
