Abbey Retail Park, Daventry
Ashford Developments’ Abbey Park retail scheme is the only major redevelopment in Daventry town centre for many years.
The scheme provides a much needed addition to the retail offer in the town and is anchored by a 31,500 sq ft Homebase store and garden centre, together with units pre-let to Halfords, Paul Simon, Carpetright, Dreams and Pets at Home. There is one further store available of 5,800 sq ft, which is designed for the sale of bulky goods.
Carter Jonas has been involved with the scheme since its inception; selling part of the site to Ashford Developments and being subsequently retained as joint agent to market the scheme and attract occupiers.
Adjacent to the Retail Park is a scheme of six smaller retail units prominently position facing Abbey Street and ranging in size from 500 to 1,750 sq ft. Carter Jonas has been appointed as joint letting agent for these units also.
