St James Trade Park Development, Northampton
Carter Jonas' Commercial Team in Northampton speculatively marketed eight units in a trade counter development known as St James Park in Northampton. Prior to completion, six of the eight units were under offer.
The trade counter development known as St James Trade Park, Northampton, being developed by Stepnell Estates of Rugby, will comprise 8 units ranging in size from 4,500 to 13,400 sq ft on a 3-acre site, prominently located in St James Mill Road. The scheme will provide parking for more than 100 vehicles and a separate rear servicing facility.
Carter Jonas' marketing campaign was highly successful, with six of the eight units under offer prior to completion.
