Nick has a particular interest in Science Parks and Innovation Centres as generators of new business. Outside of work, Nick runs a small suckler herd of 19 cows.

He has been actively involved in the development of many of Andover’s commercial and retail business parks and is a prominent business figure across Hampshire and Southern England. David has a strong reputation for his private client work, in particular his knowledge and sale of country houses across the region. Married with three children, David has lived in a Test Valley village for 25 years. He is President of Newbury Rugby Club and Chairman of the Icknield Trust, a school for children with special needs.

Graham manages the valuation panels for the whole firm, liaising and developing work with the clients and ensuring delivery. When not advising clients on office relocations, Michael spends his spare time climbing mountains in the United Kingdom and abroad and has recently climbed a 6,500 m peak in the Nepalese Himalayas. His experience includes sales and lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and commercial valuations relating to all types of commercial property and land, acting as expert and expert witness and undertaking compulsory purchase and compensation work. Prior to joining Carter Jonas in 1990, Graham worked for a range of organisations including Prudential Portfolio Managers, Vigers, County Bank and the County Borough of Luton. Outside of work, Graham is enthusiastic about sport and a qualified ski instructor. He enjoys walking and spending time with his wife, three children, two Labradors and four cats.
