Paul is an Associate, based in Harrogate, advising and representing clients on strategic and planning policy matters, including the promotion of land through the regional and local planning processes, implementation and delivery strategies. He has particular expertise on sequential issues, development appraisal and the environmental impact assessment of residential, leisure and tourism, retail, mixed use, infrastructure and renewable energy schemes.
