Sustainable Urban Design
Increasingly, it is excellent urban design that is needed to achieve the truly sustainable development that unlocks a site’s full potential. We’ll do the groundwork – master planning, community engagement, as well as designing innovative, high-quality schemes.
Today's planning decisions are heavily influenced by environmental impact and sustainability assessments. We offer all the services you need to make sure your development stands up to this rigorous scrutiny and so has the best chance of obtaining planning consent.
We also keep up-to-date on the latest policy, guidance and government targets so you can be sure our advice is always relevant. And our acute commercial awareness means that an environmentally friendly development needn’t mean compromising your business interests.
We offer services on:
- master planning
- community consultation/engagement
- landscape architecture
- urban design
- sustainability appraisals and analysis
- renewable energy
- Code for Sustainable Homes
- BREEAM
