He has over 20 years experience in advising institutional and private clients on a very wide range of rural business issues, including sales and purchases, strategic advice and valuations. He often works with specialists in other divisions of the firm to provide clients with a fully integrated property service. Tim lives near Newmarket and has a keen interest in country pursuits, encouraged constantly by his two children.

Jeremy is a Partner based in our Rural Team in Cambridge. He advises private and institutional clients on a diverse range of rural asset management matters as well as undertaking valuations of rural, agricultural and equestrian properties. In addition to his management and professional work he is heavily involved with rural property agency throughout the east of England. He has a particular interest in dispute resolution and is one of only a few rural practice chartered surveyors who have obtained Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jeremy has a hectic home life with four young daughters but retreats to the river bank whenever possible to pursue his passion for fly fishing and for some peace and quiet!

He has a particular interest in asset management, planning and development and has experience of buying and selling farms and country property as well as conducting the full range of professional work, including compulsory purchase and planning. Graham also has wide experience acting as Advocate and Expert Witness at Arbitration, County Court and High Court, Lands Tribunals and Public Inquiries. He is a Member of the Valuation Panel of the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation Plc and in 1991 was appointed to the Lord Chancellor's panel of Agricultural Arbitrators. He was appointed Partnership Chairman in 1991 which post he held until 2004.
Outside of work, Graham is a Trustee of Mikwano Children's Trust - Uganda, dedicated to providing financial and advisory support to the poor, needy and destitute children of Uganda and is a Governor of the Dragon School, Oxford. His other interests include tennis and golf, theatre and music, food and fine wines.
