He specialises in leasehold reform act work, and in educational properties or student accommodation. He also provides a consultancy service or expert witness reports on various matters including restrictive covenants. In his spare time Mark particularly enjoys the great outdoors, his activities ranging from hill walking to kite buggying. He also has a yachtmaster certificate and can be found sailing in various areas, the more remote the better.
