Carter Jonas manages large tracts of coastline through leases, licenses, easments and consents. Our in-house Marine Team takes care of restrictive covenants, premium leases and permanent grants, sales and acquisitions, and fosters relationships with other users of the foreshore, such as wildfowlers and the fishing industry. We deal with a wide range of services, including advice on port developments, lettings of moorings and jetties, valuations, management and planning consultancy for marinas. This, along with stakeholder liaison, in terms of coastal protection measures. |
Other aspects we are involved with include off-shore wind farms, including related transmission matters, sand and gravel extraction, telecommunications, and electricity cables, along with pipelines and outfalls.
