Carter Jonas’ project managers take responsibility for the delivery of a scheme from inception to completion. Once we’ve liaised closely with a client to develop a brief, covering cost, deliverables and performance benchmarks, they can leave the rest to us to concentrate on their business. We’ll keep all parties thoroughly informed and make sure the systems are in place to flag up any changes of plan.
