Nick is a Partner in the Cambridge office and is head of the firm's Technology Team.  He advises property companies, developers, landowners and public bodies on the development and strategic management of property assets, in particular the development and management of science and innovation parks.  Nick is a director of St John’s Innovation Centre, Cambridge Building Society and a Trustee of the City of Cambridge Education Foundation.  Outside of work, Nick runs a small suckler herd of 19 cows.

Carol is a Partner based in Cambridge.  Her work, in the Technology Team, includes the development, marketing, letting and acquisition of science parks and R&D buildings, including laboratories.  She acts for private and public sector clients both in the east of England and further afield.  Carol is a former carriage driving trials national champion but now, when not involved in house restoration, spends most weekends running around with her four small children and ponies at pony club and other local riding events.
