Carter Jonas has the necessary skills and expertise to guide a client's proposal through the Appeals process, advising clients on the merits of their particular case, lodging all necessary appeal documentation, and preparing a fully supportive case.

We are able to advise and undertake all types of appeal whether Written Representations, Informal Hearing or Public Inquiry.  In the case of Inquiries Carter Jonas can provide a range of Expert Witnesses to appear at Planning Appeals and Local Plan Inquiries to ensure that the client's case is presented in the best possible way.  As Chartered Town Planners, we can instruct Counsel direct thus avoiding the need for an instructing solicitor.
