Based at the Leeds office, Ian has practiced in Yorkshire for many years, concentrating on residential development and new homes, advising a wide range of landowners and developers through the process of site identification and promotion, valuation and marketing.  Ian is an inveterate traveller, avid reader and claims to have reached the regional finals of The Times crossword competition on no less than nine occasions.

Richard is a Partner, based in Leeds, who advises clients throughout the UK on a wide range of commercial property matters, including corporate as well as property acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant and general day-to-day portfolio asset management.  He has specific expertise in the light industrial, warehousing and trade counter sectors, acting for high profile national and regional clients. 

Richard’s passion is for early 1930s supercharged vintage MG sports cars, having restored his own vehicles since the age of 16.

Simon is head of Leeds Residential Agency responsible for estate agency in the region covering all aspects of residential sales ranging from country properties, substantial individual dwellings in urban fringe locations and new developments.  Simon's hobbies and interests are primarily those of a sporting nature, although his passion is unquestionably Formula One motor racing.  Having competed in single seater Formula Ford racing at Silverstone and Brands Hatch, he was then fortunate enough to accompany one of the F1 teams to all the European Grand Prix during one season, highlighted by meeting many of the top drivers including Nigel Mansell and Ayrton Senna.  Nowadays, the time to follow his hobby is somewhat limited, with the need to keep a watchful eye on his twin daughters!
