Clare is an Associate, based in Swindon.  She undertakes valuation work with inspection of all property types, predominantly commercial and development, and provision of valuation reports for a wide variety of purposes to a diverse client base.  Clare also specialises in the completion of development appraisals, working with the public sector and private developers to model scenarios and provide a financial analysis of sites to establish economic viability and financial surplus to enable calculation of appropriate affordable housing and s.106 contributions.  Clare is also involved in dispute resolution work and has completed a Diploma in Arbitration. She particularly enjoys adventure travelling with recent trips including a wilderness safari in Botswana and a jungle expedition in Borneo.

Graham is an Associate Partner based in Swindon.  He specialises in providing valuation and asset management advice, and through these he is actively involved in a range of commercial, rural and residential property advising a variety of clients including lending institutions, trusts, public bodies and private clients.  Graham manages the valuation panels for the whole firm, liaising and developing work with the clients and ensuring delivery.   In his time away from the office, Graham is a keen fly fisherman and particularly enjoys spending time on the chalk streams of Wiltshire and Dorset.

Garry is an Associate Partner in the Commercial Team based in Swindon.  He is involved in many aspects of building surveying including maintenance and minor works projects, building surveys, fire reinsurance, party wall matters as well as general professional work.  He specialises in property dilapidations acting for landlord and tenant for a wide variety of clients.  Garry is also a hobby farmer with around 100 breeding ewes and enjoys the country life with his wife and children, along with the horses, dogs and cats.
