Kim has been working in the Mayfair and St James's lettings market for over 11 years and advises on all aspects of lettings, including appraisals, refurbishment and furnishing of rental properties. Although Kim lives outside London, her fondness for working in Mayfair has made her a commmitted commuter and her proximity to Bond Street has led to a penchant for collecting designer handbags. During her leisure time away from Mayfair, Kim enjoys dining in the best out-of-town restaurants and relaxing in the sunshine.

Emma has been working in residential lettings for over eight years and has dealt with a huge range of property across all price points in the market. She is involved in all aspects of managing the business, carrying out market appraisals and agreeing high quality tenants. Emma has two very small children so spends most of her time enjoying quality time with them and running after her 2 ½ year old son. She also loves skiing, scuba diving, travelling, the arts, food and socialising.

Having headed up lettings in the Holland Park office since 1997, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Holland Park market. Outside work, Lisa is very busy with charity work and looking after two very active young children. However, she still finds time to enjoy sports such as skiing, sailing and has a passion for horse riding, which she has done from a very young age and enjoys spending most Sundays in the summer watching the polo.
