Once tenants are confirmed, we ensure the monthly collection of rent, with quarterly statements of income and expenditure, payment of routine outgoings, regular inspection of the property, arrangement of necessary repairs and maintenance, insurance claims and advice on income tax liabilities for overseas landlords.
