Updating and creating lettings templates on the residential CRM.
Updating Landlord and Tenant documentation for the Lettings offices, Carter Jonas website and internal intranet site.
Assist in reviewing the lettings templates.
Update the Standard Operating Procedures and distribute.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of residential lettings procedures, compliance and legislation.
Attend meetings in person and will be expected to visit offices where necessary
Assist with internal queries on different portals used in Residential Lettings.
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
We are looking for someone, ideally with lettings experience, who can work part time in this flexible role. Full training will be given. You will be maintaining the lettings paperwork ensuring it is kept up to date: this will involve updating existing and creating new templates on the CRM, as well as updating templates and documents for all the Lettings offices.
You will work closely with the lettings offices and the different departments within Carter Jonas. We are looking for someone who can take initiative and work on ad hoc projects as the role develops. Effective communication and confidence in speaking to internal colleagues within different divisions and external providers is important.
