We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrator to join our prime central London estate agency, based within our Holland Park and Notting Hill office. The proactive individual will be supporting both the Residential Lettings and Sales teams. Attention to detail is paramount along with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Driving licence is required due to occasional sales viewings.
Answering the phone and directing calls as required
Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to rent or sell properties and answer any enquiries
Typing and organising reports where appropriate
Carrying out occasional viewings for sales as required
Assist in Lettings and sales progression
Provide Sales viewing feedback
Organising the marketing of the properties including arranging photographs and floor plans and EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and organising advertising
Anti - Money laundering
Health & Safety representative
Office management duties including stationary ordering and arranging general maintenance of the office
Overseeing petty cash
Progressing tenancy paperwork
Organising contractors for pre tenancy works and informing landlords of costs or quotes where applicable.
Overseeing the lettings and sales keys
Filing of any associated paper work
Assisting with arranging inventories
Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
We are seeking a professional coordinator who has proven administration experience within a busy office, with strong IT skills, good time management and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. You will have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy is paramount. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified, however this is not essential.
