Apprentice Administrator


An exciting role has become available for a Junior Administrator in Birmingham, to work alongside our existing Administrators in supporting our Infrastructure and Contract Management teams with administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for an entry level position into an administration role, whilst studying towards a recognised qualification.

Development will be over two years with a view to specialise in specific areas of the Business. Your duties will include;

  • General administration, including Data Entry, filing, scanning, archiving
  • Account Set up
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Understanding the various departments and their service offering
  • You will later develop skills in report writing, Invoice management, basic account management and interpersonal skills.


In order to be considered for this apprentice administrative role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks. You will have a professional outlook and contribute to the success of a busy team.
