The Carter Jonas Tenant Representation Team is a well-established business with a client base comprising global corporations, UK national businesses, Government agencies and not-for-profit organisations. The Team of five fee earners is supported by a Team administrator. - Lease consultancy – representing tenants in lease renewals, break option-linked lease restructuring & rent reviews.
- Office acquisition – undertaking property searches & lease negotiations for those clients wishing to relocate
- Supporting the Team Leader with the implementation of business development initiatives
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Our tenant representation team are looking for an experienced individual, to participate in, and contribute to, the continued expansion of the Tenant Representation Team. Managing existing client projects and assisting the Team Leader with developing new business to achieve the financial and business objectives of the firm’s business plan.
An MRICS Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of three years post qualification experience with A thorough understanding of landlord and tenant law – in particular with regard to rent reviews and lease renewals. Experience of the London office market desired but not essential
Involving frequent travel, this role will require a full driving license.
