Development Surveyor

We are recruiting a Development Surveyor to support the growth of the London Development team which offers development strategy and feasibility, financial viability, developer procurement services and more. This role will be working mainly with local authority and other public sector clients as well as some private landowners. The team has recently expanded and now also covers advice on town centres & urban change projects, across the UK. We are working on significant projects, ranging from major housing led schemes to new retail and leisure led town centre schemes.

MAIN TASKS: 

  • Providing support to Partners and Associates on projects
  • Market research and drafting of market reports
  • Development appraisals
  • Drafting valuation reports
  • Drafting and reviewing planning financial viability assessments
  • Drafting of feasibility studies
  • Preparing marketing particulars and disposal information

 

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

We are looking for an MRICS Surveyor with planning and development experience and knowledge, plus development valuation experience. The chosen candidate will have an understanding of Argus Developer with strong Microsoft Office skills. You will be numerate with excellent written (report writing) and verbal communication skills. A strong team player and interpersonal skills.
