Carter Jonas is one of the leading estate agents in Cambridge, known for our local expertise and highly personalised service. We are looking to appoint a new member of our New Homes sales team to generate new business and negotiate profitable sales.

KEY TASKS:

  • Managing applicants and Viewings
  • Conducting viewings and site visits
  • Maintaining and building business to business relationships with clients
  • Negotiating sales
  • Progressing Sales
  • Provide administration support.

 

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

The chosen Negotiator will be required to work closely with the head of new homes to manage a portfolio of new build developments with local and national developers.

 

You must be able to maintain strong, effective relationships with vendors and applicants, liaise with prospective purchasers, vendors and viewing staff, arrange viewing appointments, and negotiate offers. Maintain vendor feedback and communicate with vendors.

An ambitious and driven individual with previous property experience ready to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
