An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Commercial Valuations Partner to help manage and grow our Commercial business in Bristol and South West. Working within the existing Commercial team in Bristol helping to lead commercial valuations team with a focus on growing the Commercial valuations business, building client relations and managing the commercial valuations team.Based in our new Bristol office, you will have the opportunity to manage and develop your team, as well as enhance your Valuations careers with this exciting opportunity.   • Work within the existing valuation team in Bristol, providing valuations for loan security (vacant possession and investment), internal decision making purposes, tax and financial reporting purposes.
  • Manage the commercial valuations team in Bristol.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Commercial valuation sector.
  • Take on responsibility for client management for a number of key clients
  • Assist in the delivery of major projects.
  • Financial and client reporting.
  • Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards.
  • Participation in the ongoing development and implementation of an effective profit centre business plan developed in-line with the Carter Jonas vision.

You will be an experienced Commercial Valuations Surveyor with at least 5 years post qualification experience. You will be a registered RICS Valuer with a proven track record of managing and developing commercial valuations business. You will be experienced in managing a team and leading them to grow a successful business across Bristol and the South West. You will also have a strong understanding of the local region and market.
