We are excited to announce we are now seeking an experienced senior Commercial Valuations Surveyor to join our growing London team as a Partner. Based at our HQ office, close to Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations. This is likely to be at associate partner/partner level. , the Partner will be working within the existing Commercial team leading commercial valuations with a focus on growing the Commercial valuations business, to build client relations and manage the London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least four years post qualification experience in Commercial Valuations to take the next step in their Property Surveying career. Work within the existing valuation team in London, providing valuations for loan security (vacant possession and investment), internal decision making purposes, tax and financial reporting purposes.
Manage the commercial valuations team in London and potentially become head of London Valuations.
Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Commercial valuation sector.
Take on responsibility for client management for a number of key clients
Assist in the delivery of major projects.
Financial and client reporting.
Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards.
Participation in the ongoing development and implementation of an effective profit centre business plan developed in-line with the Carter Jonas vision.
Take an active role in the development and implementation of efficient, ‘best practice’ internal systems and processes, optimising IT and other resources.
Support and help the growth of expertise and skills in the team particular
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
You will be an experienced Surveyor with at least 4 years post qualification experience in property valuations. You will be a registered valuer with a proven track record of develop new and existing relationships with clients across the property sector. You will be ambitious and proactive with excellent management experience, providing support and guidance to junior members of the tea, when required.
