With the continued growth of the Architectural & Building Consultancy team, we are now seeking an experienced project manager to lead on the delivery of a range of construction projects across a number of sectors including housing, office fitout, laboratories and industrial. Having a recognised professional qualification from either CIOB / RICS / APM, the role will also encompass using your creativity to lead on the generating and securing new leads for the business. 

Located at our London HQ office which has a fantastic central location close to both Oxford Circus and Bond Street underground stations the role will also provide the need for travel to project sites located across the country. Carter Jonas provides clients with a range of services in property and construction ranging from planning and development, business advisory services, commercial property management and building surveying amongst others and it’s working within this dynamic, multi-disciplinary organisation where the project management role will take place.

The role will provide the successful candidate with the prospect to grow with the expansion of the business and with support to develop your own opportunities for within the built environment both from within the existing extensive range of Carter Jonas clients whilst seeking to secure new clients.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You will have at least 3 years’ experience within a Project Management role working with a range of public and private clients. You will have a degree (or equivalent) in a Built Environment subject as well as membership with MRICS, MAPM, CIOB or equivalent professional bodies. As a Project Manager, you will understand the importance of individual client requirements and be able to demonstrate experience as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Contracts Administrator. In addition you will have proven track record of taking ownership in project delivery with strong knowledge of appointment documents, contracts, funding agreements and lease agreements.
