We are currently seeking a receptionist to act as the main point of contact for all front of house activities at our Leeds office. The receptionist will also help to ensure the smooth running of the office by providing support with any required administrative duties

  • Managing the front of office i.e., answering mainline calls, co-ordination of meeting arrangements, receiving attendees for meetings and arranging refreshments and general housekeeping
  • Greet all incoming guests ensuring all visitors to Carter Jonas have a pleasant experience
  • Completing any required filing, scanning, file management, confidential shredding
  • Managing stationery supplies in accordance with agreed stock levels and ensure that all stationery areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Managing all incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintenance of ISO accreditation standards i.e., completion of office risk assessments for new starters
  • Liaise with the marketing department regarding the coordination for any events coordination (organising stands, accommodation etc.) fundraising events
  • Supporting with a range of administrative/adhoc duties as required.

Ideally you will have substantial experience in a similar role and will have a professional manner along with strong organisational skills. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and will be a good team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook.
