RESIDENTIAL NEGOTIATOR / CO-ORDINATORWe have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Negotiator/Co-ordinator to join our busy team of professionals in our Harrogate office. You will be responsible for supporting the sales process and the smooth running of the residential department by providing efficient administrative duties, confident call handling skills and play a general proactive part in helping organise the office and the team in a professional manner.
As a Negotiator/Co-ordinator the key duties of the role will include handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking the necessary action, dealing directly with clients/ applicants looking to sell or let properties, pro-active applicant management and communication, maximising the use of the databases such as Reapit. The chosen candidate will provide general administrative support to the team, including partners, managers and staff as reasonably required.
You will also be assisting in organising the marketing of the properties including arranging photographs and floor plans and EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and organising advertising. Making sales/lettings files, invoicing, diary management and carrying out the occasional viewing as and when required. You will be required to provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office.
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
We are seeking a professional candidate with excellent customer service skills, you will also have strong administrative and IT skills. Being a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills will go a long way in this role, especially within a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required.
