Senior Building Surveyor / Associate

We are seeking a qualified Building Surveyor to join our London office and their growing team. This role will suit anyone who is looking to be part of an established building consultancy team, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work. As a Building Surveyor you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and work with a variety of clients including HS2, Hitachi, Grosvenor Waterside and the British Horse Racing Authorities.  The Surveyor will assist in generating fees through the management and development of existing and new clients and provide continued support to junior members of the team.The role is based in our HQ office with a fantastic central location, close to both Oxford Circus and Bond Street underground stations. We are seeking a self-motivated RICS qualified Building surveyor with industry experience and knowledge of main Building Surveying activities. The successful candidate will also demonstrate good working knowledge of relevant legislation and will be able to demonstrate strong technical competence. As a qualified Building Surveyor you will also be able to manage and supervise junior members of the team, including graduates who are working towards their APC and Chartership.
