We are currently seeking a qualified Valuation Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Bristol, this is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team with the opportunity for direct client liaison and business development.
As a Senior Surveyor / Valuations Surveyor the role will involve predominantly secured lending, portfolio valuations and development appraisals for major clients across office, industrial and retail sectors throughout the South West and South Wales regions. The chosen candidate will provide valuation advice to lenders, developers and corporate and private clients across all main commercial property sectors, conduct Red Book valuation report writing (investment and development valuations) and have direct client liaison.
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
The successful candidate will be confident, technically competent, numerate and have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience in Business Development and be keen to undertake Client Development initiatives, ideally with 1-2 years post qualified experience (minimum) / RICS Registered Valuer (VRS). You will also have good working knowledge of relevant legislation, adhere to the RICS Rules of Conduct or relevant professional body where appropriate, have experience of delivering and managing multiple projects, be competent with MS Office and hold a full UK driving licence.
