The exhibition halls will be the first permanent buildings on the 185-acre Royal Berkshire Exhibition Centre site.
There are two buildings, of 30,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft, linked by a three-storey structure accommodating restaurant, club room and WC facilities.
The halls will provide space suitable for a variety of activities, from cattle showing to motor vehicle exhibitions.
Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the buildings have curved mono-pitched roofs and cedar-clad walls.
