Mendip District Council granted conditional planning consent for the development on 9th June 2017 under application reference 2017/0708/FUL.

ACCESS
The site will be accessed by means of a right of way from the road, over the farm drive to the south, with a new access drive to be constructed to the north of this by the successful purchaser.

SERVICES
Mains water and electricity are available in the vicinity of the site. The vendor will grant the purchaser the necessary easements in respect of these connections. A new private drainage system will need to be installed by the purchaser. Potential purchasers should make their own enquiries to the relevant authorities in order to establish the availability and capacity of services to the barn.
