Carter Jonas, national retail, leisure and hotel team have successfully acquired a 47 bedroom hotel on behalf of Travelodge Hotels Limited to the north of Lowestoft Town Centre.

The hotel is a standalone hotel with onsite car parking for all guests. There is also a harvester family pub onsite for hotel guest’s breakfast and evening meals. Acting as the outsourced development manager for Travelodge Hotels Ltd in the Eastern region, Carter Jonas has been charged with acquiring a further 28 sites.
