Our client occupied approximately 30,000 sq ft within Thomas More Square, E1 and required overflow space to accommodate approximately 130 staff.
Through Carter Jonas’s market research, suitable options were presented nearby, which also included an “off market” option whereby a lease expiry was identified on an office floor within the building UKPA occupied. The landlord was approached and an agreement was signed in advance of the existing tenant vacating.
The Carter Jonas Project Management Team were appointed to oversee the design and construction of the client's office fit-out. This included undertaking the pre-contract due-diligence surveys.
